Amber Park set for preview over this weekend
Units will be priced from more than $1 million onward.
The 592-unit freehold luxury condominium Amber Park is set to open its showflat doors for preview this weekend (27 & 28 April 2019).
It is joint-developed by City Developments Ltd (CDL) and Hong Realty, who acquired the site back in October 2017 for a whopping $906.7 million via collective sale.
It was noted that CDL was, in fact, the property developer of the former Amber Park. Completed back in 1986, the former Amber Park condo comprised of 200 units in total over two 27-storey blocks.
The 213,000 square feet freehold site has allowed CDL and Hong Realty to re-create a brand new luxury condo project in East Coast which includes a 32,507 square feet recreational deck spanning across the roof of the three residential blocks (21-storey each).
Facilities such as a 600-meter jogging track, a yoga deck, a spa pool, and gymnasium can be found within this recreational deck on the rooftop.
Designed as a present-day luxury development, other facilities such as a 50-meter lagoon pool, a lavish clubhouse, and a lagoon cove can be found on the first level of the new Amber Park condo.
The brand new Amber Park is designed by SCDA Architects’ Chan Soo Khian, who is renowned for his works and design for many luxury developments in Singapore which are located in the prime districts. Not just on the exterior, SCDA is also in charge of the landscape design for this project.
Typical unit types found in Amber Park includes a 1-bedroom + study (463 square feet) to a 5-bedder (2,336 sq ft). It also comprises of 4 penthouse units in total between 4,392 square feet to 5,005 square feet.
All units will come fitted with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and the finest sanitary fittings. In addition, all homes at Amber Park will have a wireless smart home system integrated with voice control assistance.
Amber Park will be priced from $1 million and the booking of units will begin from May 2019 onwards.
