Rivière, developed by Frasers Property Singapore has officially opened for preview on 25 May 2019 and has drawn a total of around 1,000 prospective buyers to its showflat located on Zion Road.

The much-anticipated launch of Rivière, a 99-year leasehold luxury mixed-use development will be built along Jiak Kim Street – the former site of Zouk nightclub.

This new project is being designed by renowned architect firm, SCDA Architects – led by award-winning principal architect, Mr. Chan Soo Khian and the firm was also recently involved in the architectural design in Amber Park (a new residential project by City Developments Ltd).

Branded as a ‘luxury’ development, Rivière will comprise two 36-storey residential towers with a total of 455 private homes. The property will be offering a wide range of unit types from 1-bedroom (560 sqft) to 4-bedroom (2,002 sqft) and the pricing will start from $2,580 psf onwards.

It was noted that the private homes will be elevated by more than 18 meters above ground level and residents at Rivière will get to enjoy unblock views of the Singapore River, while the Sky Deck (on Level 37) offers splendid views of the city.

In addition to the two residential blocks, Rivière will also have a 4-storey development which contains 80 serviced residences located adjacent to the three historical warehouses (around 100 years old) that will be conserved and undergo a full restoration.

One of the warehouses within Rivière will be used as the reception lobby for the serviced apartment units. while the rest will house shared facilities for both the residents of Rivière and the guests from the serviced residences.

Rivière is within close proximity to 3 future MRT stations – Great World, Havelock, and Fort Canning.
