During its launch weekend of 22nd and 23rd June 2019, Sky Everton (former Asia Gardens) has sold a total of 102 units out of the 262 – almost 40 percent of the entire project.
Developed by a Sustained Land-ed consortium, it is a brand new 36-storey freehold private residential development sitting on the site along Everton Road, which is where the former Asia Gardens was located.
This new launch at Everton Road boosts itself for its close proximity to various MRT stations, such as the Outram Park MRT station and the future Cantonment MRT station (just a mere 3 minute’s walk away from the condominium), and the imminent development plans for the Greater Southern Waterfront city in Singapore.
Sky Everton comprises of unit types which ranges between a 1-bedroom unit to a 4-bedroom unit; there are also a total of 4 penthouse units available within the whole project.
According to reports, a total of 92 units at Sky Everton were sold on the first day of launch – mostly comprises of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom unit types; the average selling price works out to be $2,550 psf.
It was noted to be significantly on-par with the most recently launched 99-year leasehold Rivière condo at Jiak Kim Street.
Pricing at Sky Everton starts from approximately $1.14 million for a 1-bedroom (463 square feet), $1.56 million for 2-bedder (623 square feet) and $2.3 million for a 3-bedroom unit (915 square feet).
Most of the units within Sky Everton will also have a floor-to-ceiling height of 3.25 meters.
The project has been slated for completed by the first week of September 2023.
