Smart appliances such as hobs, cooker hoods and built-in electric ovens will all be fully interconnected and can be remotely controlled via an iAppliances mobile app.

Residents can use the app to monitor the gas consumption in their homes, access pre-programmed recipes and respond to safety alerts, which include the ability to remotely switch off the gas hob.

On top of that, City Energy will install 3 charging points for electric vehicles (EVs) at Blossoms by the Park. It is one of the 25 new private condominiums in Singapore to be fitted with EV charging services.
