The former Tulip Garden is set to revive interest of property buyers within the established precinct.
A new freehold condo at Farrer Road, Leedon Green by MCL Land and Yanlord Land will be the first new launch project to be released for sale in 2020.
Analysts expect this new freehold condo at Farrer Road to receive strong interest from homebuyers who are keen matured residential estates.
Formerly known as Tulip Garden, the developers MCL Land and Yanlord Land acquired the site for a whopping S$906 .9 million via a collective sale.
The newly developed condo at Farrer Road, Leedon Green will comprise a total of 638 units – from 1-bedroom (474 sqft) to 4-bedroom with private lift lobby (1,744 sqft).
In addition, this new condo at Farrer Road will have 5 villa units for sale. Their sizes are within the range of 2,400 to 2,680 sqft.
It was noted that Leedon Green is within close walking distance to Farrer Road MRT station.
There haven’t been many new launch projects released within the precinct over the last couple of years.
Some of the newer developments that are completed within the area include Leedon Residence (TOP in 2015), D’Leedon (TOP in 2014), and Gallop Green (TOP in 2002).
Other condos at Farrer Road are mostly constructed more than 20 years ago. They included the likes of Spanish Village (TOP in 1987), Gallop Gables (TOP in 1997), and Woollerton Park (TOP in 1990).
According to reports, the preview pricing for Leedon Green starts from just S$1.299 million for a 1-bedroom unit with monthly maintenance fees starting from just S$240.
